Julie is originally from Massachusetts where she grew up, and attended high school in the Boston Area.  In 1971, she left for Los Angeles and enrolled in Woodbury University, majoring in Business and interior design.  Utilizing those skills Julie developed her own clothing company, PK Designs, thus entering the tough arena of the manufacturing world.
Through that business, Julie honed her marketing and negotiation skills and other necessary qualities to succeed in business.  She developed major clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom's and other prominent names in the retail business.

In 1999, after 15 years as a successful clothing manufacturer, Julie sold her business and found the real estate world was a good arena in which to apply her knowledge and experience.  The skills she developed in the rough-and-tumble world of manufacturing fit well with the needs of the real estate business, which soon became her passion. She believes her success in real estate world is a result of her education,diverse business background, the desire to please her clients and her tenacity in deal making.

Julie has been a top producer in her office and has consistently been a President's Elite Award Winner, which places her in the top 4% of real estate agents nationwide.

Julie now specializes in the areas around and in Los Angeles & The San Fernando Valley.
